招揽群雄A Call to Thoughtful Builders

在这个浮躁的时代，难得有人还能静下心来，真正把一件事做深、做透。我时常想，真正能成事的人，从来不是只凭一腔热血，而是既懂情义、又知进退、明白分寸的人。

In an age that often feels impatient and restless, it is rare to find people who can still quiet their minds and devote themselves to understanding and mastering something in depth. I often think that those who truly make worthwhile things happen never rely on passion alone. They also value loyalty and mutual regard, know when to step forward and when to step back, and understand the importance of boundaries.

我们在做什么What We Are Building

这些年，我带着团队深耕于智能IT（智能部署、网络维护、DIY装机）、空间能源（弱电安防、智能家电、家庭储能、室内设计）、数据设备（数码电器、数据恢复、设备租赁、电脑回收）、内容创作（图文设计、摄影摄像、视频制作、私人订制）以及家庭照护（家政护理、健康管理、心理疏导）这些领域。

Over the years, my team and I have committed ourselves to five areas: Smart IT (smart deployment, network maintenance, and custom PC building); Space & Energy (low-voltage security, smart home appliances, home energy storage, and interior design); Data & Devices (digital electronics, data recovery, equipment rental, and computer recycling); Creative Media (graphic design, photography and videography, video production, and bespoke services); and Home & Personal Care (housekeeping and care, health management, and psychological support).

所做之事，看似繁杂，实则同根同源——皆是为千家万户构建更智慧、更安全、更有温度的生活空间。

These services may look wide-ranging, but they share the same purpose: to help families create living and working spaces that are smarter, safer, and more humane.

我们在寻找谁Who We Hope to Meet

我一直在寻觅这样一批人：对这些行业真正有爱、有痴、有长性的人。愿意沉下来学真本事、积累真经验，而不是急于一时回报的人。

I have long been looking for people who genuinely care about these fields, are willing to immerse themselves in the craft, and have the patience to stay with it—people who are prepared to slow down, learn real skills, and build real experience rather than chase immediate returns.

在这里，我们可以称兄道弟，一起钻研技术、探讨方案、分享心得，像兄弟一样并肩作战。但我也必须把话放在前面：懂尊重、知分寸、明白主次，是合作的前提。谁在主事、谁在定方向，必须心里有数。情义归情义，规矩终归是规矩。唯有如此，才能长久共事，不生嫌隙，不乱阵脚。

Here, we can work with genuine camaraderie—studying technology, discussing solutions, sharing what we learn, and standing shoulder to shoulder when projects become difficult. But I must be clear from the beginning: respect, sound judgment, and clarity about roles and priorities are prerequisites for working together. Everyone must understand who carries responsibility and who sets the direction. Personal bonds matter, and so do the rules we agree to follow. Only with that clarity can we work together for the long term without resentment, confusion, or disruption.

我不会画大饼，也不会许空头承诺。这里没有轻松的钱途，只有扎实的历练。

I will not sell you a grand story or make promises I cannot keep. There is no easy money here—only serious practice and hard-earned growth.

你能接触到真实的项目、复杂的场景、不同客户的真实需求，以及把技术与人文真正结合的实战机会。这些经验，用钱买不到，只能用时间、用心力和真正的沉浸去换取。来者，我欢迎的是有热情、肯吃苦、懂尊重、守规矩的人。

You will encounter real projects, complex situations, the genuine needs of different clients, and hands-on opportunities to bring technology and human understanding together. That kind of experience cannot simply be bought. It is earned through time, effort, and true engagement. Who do I welcome? People with enthusiasm, a willingness to work hard, respect for others, and respect for shared rules.

若你只是想混日子、讨价还价、或者只想占便宜，那这里恐怕不合适；若你愿意把当下当作积累，愿意在做事中学会分寸、懂得进退、真正沉淀自己，我则非常欢迎你加入。

If you only want to coast, bargain over every contribution, or take more than you give, this will probably not be the right place for you. If you are willing to treat the present as a period of investment and growth; to learn judgment, timing, and restraint through real work; and to build depth within yourself, you will be very welcome.

共谋长久之事Building for the Long Term

我们一起把事情做深、把口碑做厚、把格局做大。将来路走得稳不稳、走得远不远，最终还是看各人自己的造化。但至少，在这条路上，你不会孤独，也不会白走。

Together, we can deepen the work, build a stronger reputation, and broaden what we are capable of. How steadily and how far each person ultimately goes depends on their own choices, effort, and circumstances. At the very least, you will not walk this road alone, and the time you invest will not be wasted.
